Website delivery and server logs
When this website is requested, the hosting provider processes technical access data that your browser sends automatically. This may include the IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type and version, and operating system. The processing is necessary to deliver the website securely and reliably, to diagnose faults, and to defend against misuse. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is deleted when it is no longer necessary for these purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law or needed to investigate a concrete security incident.
Language-preference cookie
If you select a language using the EN/DE switch, we store the first-party cookie site_lang. It contains only the selected language (en or de), is valid for up to 365 days, and allows the website to remember your language choice. The cookie is not used for tracking, advertising, analytics, or profiling. It is stored to provide the language function you requested (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG); the associated processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
No analytics or advertising technologies
This website itself does not use analytics, advertising trackers, social-media pixels, or embedded third-party content. The visual effects on this website run locally in your browser and do not transmit information to 48DESIGN GmbH.
