This Privacy Policy applies to all apps published by 48DESIGN GmbH, unless a separate app-specific privacy policy states otherwise.

Responsible Company

Data Collection

Our apps do not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share personal data.

No user account is required, and we do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or profiling tools unless explicitly stated for a specific app.

Local Storage

App settings, progress, preferences, usage counters, and similar information are stored locally on the user’s device.

This data is not transmitted to 48DESIGN GmbH and cannot be accessed by us.

The device operating system may include local app data in backups, depending on the user’s Android and Google account settings.

Payments and Licensing

Some apps may offer paid downloads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid features through Google Play.

Payments are processed entirely by Google Play. 48DESIGN GmbH does not receive or store payment details such as credit card information, bank details, or Google account credentials.

The app may receive limited purchase information from Google Play to determine whether a licence or paid feature is active. This may include the product identifier and the current purchase or entitlement status.

This information is used only for licence verification and feature activation.

Device Permissions

An app may request permissions required for its functionality.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, information accessed through these permissions remains on the device and is not transmitted to 48DESIGN GmbH.

Third-Party Services

Apps distributed through Google Play may use Google services for installation, updates, payments, licence verification, security, backups, and compatibility.

Data processed directly by Google is subject to Google’s own privacy policies and terms.

Data Deletion

Locally stored app data can usually be deleted by clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling the app.

Purchase records managed by Google Play are controlled by Google and may remain associated with the user’s Google account.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated if legal requirements, app functionality, or the services used by our apps change.
